At Tech21, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your electronic device, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Tech21 account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
